McLaren MP4-12C GT3

Although I said that I will upload only sensible posts but this one was important, first real pictures of MP4-12C racer called the MP4-12C GT3

MP4-12C will compete in GT3 Championship this year along with Lamborghinis, Porsches and best of all the Merc SLS AMG GT3. Its fast, 0-60m/h in less than 3 seconds. It has been stripped off from all of its gizmos and fitted with brand new suspension and 16 piston BREMBO brakes. On the outside it has got a new front splitter and a rear spoiler for better traction, plus a rear double diffuser.

Yesterday bought new Sony Ericsson Spiro. A small, cute budget walkman phone for Sony Ericsson lovers. Spiro costs Rs. 8500/- and its a great value for money in countries like Pakistan and India.

THE UP SIDE:
            What you get is amazing, a slide phone with a 2.2inch TFT 256K color screen. SE Walkman player 4.0, Track ID music recognition, 2MP camera, SMS in threaded view with looks like as though you are chatting. Quite fast like other SE phones. Supports MicroSD upto 16GB. Battery time is good, thanks to 1000mAh Li-ion battery. Speaker sound is loud and much better than any K-series and most of the W-series of SE like K750i, K850i, W910i, W980i and W960i. Themes, wallpapers and screen savers are all there like in other SE phones. Has got one game ( Quadrapop ) as default. USB 2.0 and Bluetooth 2.1 are all there...
THE DOWN SIDE:
            Since its cheap, this phone has got few issues. Internal memory is only 5MB so when you are playing a long playlist or seeing messages in threaded view, it gets very slow. Camera doesn't have the right resolution and you can't capture pictures in fullscreen. There is no flash and at last I've got to say that it isn't very stylist, every color except stealth black is crap. You don't get accessories, only charger and 3rd class handsfree. Casing is all plastic....
VERDICT:
           If you are short on money then its a must buy but if you can afford more then W395 must be your choice. Price of W395 is Rs. 10,200/-

Bad news! Evo is dead...

Yes! if you doubt that you read the title incorrectly then read it again, Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution is dead! The company's boss said at Geneva Motor show that the company it trying to focus on more economical, furl-efficient and green cars. Mitsubishi's boss told that the Evo's production will continue till 2013 after which it will be discontinued. 

The Evolution X is the last from the Mitsu factory which cranks out 400bhp from just 2.0litre engine. The company's boss told that evo will be back as an electric sports car if there is future of electric cars racing. The company plans to release 8 PHEV and EV models by 2015 which precisely focus on fuel efficiency.

Apple is back with iPad 2!!!

 iPad took whole world by storm when it was first launched. It just revolutionized the book reading and internet surfing but with the passage of time other competitors like Samsung and LG became stronger and stronger, hour of need for Apple and here it is... Ladies n Gentlemen! iPad 2...

 iPad 2 features faster dual core A5 Apple processor which gives twice the speed which you used to get from its predecessor. iPad 2 is 33% thinner and said to be 15% lighter than the old. iPad 2 will support 1024x768 resolution and it has got camera at the front for FaceTime and rear camera for making videos in 720p. Apple claims with all those upgrades, battery time is still 10 hours of constant use...

I think now its time for Samsung n LG to think again! :-p

Lambo Aventador at 2011 Geneva Motor show

Some important information!
First of all the name AVENTADOR! Just like previous Lamborghinis the name of new hypercar is based on a rampaging bull, Aventador was the name of a ‘particularly courageous' bull that fought a tightly-clothed humanoid in 1993 at the Saragossa Arena, earning the ‘Trofeo de la Pena La Madronera'.

 700 bhp being transfered to all four wheels from all-new 6.5 litre Lamborghini V12. With 509 lb-ft torques, Aventador can hit 0-60mph in 2.9 seconds and reason? lightness... Engine weighs only 235 Kg and whole car weighs 1500 Kg. Another major reason for such mind-boggling acceleration is the all-new Lamborghini developed ISR transmission which has replaced dual-clutch system which was in Murcielago.
